Ms Renu Kulshrestha aged 43 years has a wide range of experience of about 15 years in different
sectors – social, health & IT, project formulation, strategy planning, programme implementation,
monitoring, evaluation, budgeting & financial management, teaching/training and R&D.
She holds MBA degree with Certification of Data Science & Business Analytics from University of
Austin, Texas and is currently pursuing MS in Data Science from Dekean University, Australia.
Sachin Malusare aged 43 years is an Electrical Engineer from Government College of Engineering,
Chandrapur Maharashtra with over two decades of rich experience in trading of energy commodities
like Coal, coke and other petroleum products across various geographies of the globe.
He is instrumental in reshaping the ethanol business in India by opening the trade channel for
third party Traders. This has helped the private refineries in India to kickstart Ethanol
Blending. As a founder member of Fuelcraft Solutions Pvt Ltd, he has traded more than 10 Cr Ltrs
Ethanol in last couple of years across the country. His out of box thinking approach has helped
many companies optimising their energy requirements and cost thereof.
Gajendrababu aged 53 years is a commerce graduate with Professional Qualification of Cost
Accountant and Chartered Accountant. He has been a practicing Chartered Accountant since 1999 in
Goa. He has rich experience in conducting Corporate Audits of various companies. The firm is
engaged in Internal Audit of listed Multinational Companies. He is specialized in Income Tax
matters and has won many cases for his clients at various forums.
He owns an auditing firm having wide range of clientele which includes Builders, Civil
Contractors, Steel and Power, Mining, Hospitality sector, Pipe manufacturers, ophthalmic lens
manufacturers etc. Besides this the Firm has work with various Government undertakings.
Graduate Chemical Engineer with over 16+ years of experience in Chemical Processes and Operation
in India and Indian subcontinent countries with Chemical Engineering from University of Pune.
Holds MBA in Marketing from Naraina Institute of Management, Kanpur and PGDBM in Finance from
Welingkar’s institute. Has experience focused on the integrated ethanol industry, right from
technology marketing, process up-gradation and commissioning of distillery projects. Including
deep knowledge of effluent treatment strategies for production of different grades of ethanol
from various feedstocks.
During previous engagements has worked in Brazil, Philippines, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Germany &
India. He has developed specialized schemes for Grain & molasses based plants which were
implemented for the first time in India.
